Our mesh-based catalysts, offer a number of technical advantages such as compactness, geometric flexibility, low pressure drop, high efficiency, quick thermal response, high durability, etc.
The mesh catalysts have been installed in various applications, where it would have been impossible to install conventional type of catalysts such as monolith and pellet based catalysts. The installation of mesh catalysts have sometimes even been performed without any change in original products or process lines. The mesh catalyst can be laser cut, folded and shaped in almost any kind of shapes.
Our products are divided in three separate business areas.
Business areas
C-Emission offer a selective ammonia and odor destruction catalys - The D-CATTM Technology. The three different, and very selective catalysts, have specifically been developed for elimination of ammonia and deodorization applications. The catalysts have also sucessfully been used as a De-NOX catalyst and elimination of ehylene-oxid.
C-Combustion offer different types of catalytic burners for a large variety of applications - The CatBurnTM technology. The burners can be operated by numerous fuels and under various operation conditions.
C-Hydrogen offer a number of different technologies for hydrogen production from any kind of fuel. The fuel processor units are successfully operated in combination with different Fuel Cells, such as Low and High Temperature PEM and SOFC. We also offer catalytic burners to be used as balance of plant units in Fuel cell systems, such as different types anode waste gas burners and combined catalytic heat exchange burners.
